You want to get your order in a timely manner and you want it to be correct. We don't think that is too much to ask and honestly we feel the same way when we are shopping online. That's why we make getting your order shipped quickly and accurately a top priority at Vacalon.

So how long is it going to take to get your stuff? In general the total delivery time is the processing time + shipping transit time.

Our processing time for in stock items is 24 hours but during normal operations most orders placed before 12 pm ET will ship out the same day. You can check if the item you are ordering is in stock by browsing to the product's page, then looking underneath the price information. While we most of our products are normally in stock there are times that an item may be temporarily back-ordered. In addition, some of our items are special order and may require additional processing time.

Transit time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. We primarily use UPS and USPS for small package shipments. Please note that if you choose a promotional free shipping offer the transit time can be between 1 and 7 days. If you are running low on a product and need it quickly you can choose an expedited shipping method when you check out.

Here are a few other tips so that you get your goods when you need them and avoid any problems.

- Our facility is located in Central Ohio, so all the times listed times are Eastern Time.
- We are open and ship items Monday through Friday, but we are closed on major holidays.
- Our shipping time frames are based on orders that are being shipped within the Continental USA - it can sometimes take longer to reach locations in Hawaii and Alaska.
- Also, please keep in mind there can be exceptions that can cause a delay in your shipment. For example transit time can be longer due to weather and other conditions outside our control.
