• Download and fill out our Service Request Form
• Securely pack up your handpiece, include the completed form and then ship it to the address listed on the form.
• Be sure to insure the package and ship with a traceable carrier such as UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. If you have any questions on what items you need to send just contact us for assistance.
• Once we receive your handpiece we will inspect it and contact you with the details.
• After approval it typically takes us about a day to repair and ship your handpiece back to you.
